14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be the same item purchased from our store.
The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.
Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a return.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@maartesociety.com.

For damaged items, you must either:

Return the damaged item to us, or
Send us clear photographs showing the damage as proof.

Please contact us before returning a damaged item so that we can advise you on the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Supplements are non-returnable and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email contactus@maartesociety.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the return is eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that the time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are carefully packed and shipped using Royal Mail.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders placed before or during a UK public holiday will be dispatched on the next available business day.
Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is expected within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather, or periods of high demand.

Royal Mail

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with any available tracking information.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, Royal Mail delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a little additional time before contacting us.
