Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are carefully packed and shipped using Royal Mail.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed.
• Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
• Orders placed before or during a UK public holiday will be dispatched on the next available business day.
• Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is expected within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather, or periods of high demand.

Royal Mail

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with any available tracking information.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, Royal Mail delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a little additional time before contacting us.
